We work with renewable energy firms that develop, finance, own, and operate renewable energy systems. We focus on states and countries with attractive solar and renewable energy development policies and incentives. The target assets include surplus industrial/commercial properties, occupied buildings with available land or roof space, environmentally impaired assets (brownfields/closed landfills), and new development.
We also work with clients and partners to provide alternative sources of revenue and cost reductions from energy management and alternative use. We provide load curtailment and emergency generation demand response programs which result in payments for end users for making a commitment to lower energy usage. By enrolling in specific capacity programs, participants agree to reduce their electricity consumption in response to peak system demand and grid emergencies.
There is a growing number of ways beyond traditional utility rebates that provide incentives for energy efficiency improvements, load management, and distribution generation projects. These include lighting retrofits, HVAC Replacement, load control end-use cycling, electrical storage, cogeneration, and renewable energy.
