Jennifer is AGB Services’ Office Coordinator and oversees all aspects of general office operations. She is the Company’s first point of contact, and coordinates client relations and customer service.
As an aspiring young professional, Jennifer brings five years of customer service, retail banking, and administrative operations to AGB Services. Jennifer began her career in retail banking, where she was a Teller Associate and a Sales and Service Specialist for Bank of America. In addition to retail banking Jennifer has brought excellent customer service and administrative skills to different small businesses in the greater Boston, MA area.
Jennifer previously was a specialist for Recycle Bank, a green and sustainable enterprise in Philadelphia, PA that encourages green environmental practices by awarding points to households for recycling. In this community action oriented business model, points earned from recycling can be exchanged for cash and items.
Jennifer is certified as a Green Clean Technician and Green Clean Manager by the Green Clean Institute.
