Yovanka brings two decades of operations and accounting experience to AGB Services. During her tenure in retail banking, Yovanka was a Sales Associate, a Service and Sales Representative, and a Small Business Specialist for Bank of America. She has degrees in both Mathematics and Accounting, and additionally was awarded a Small Business Certificate, and Sales & Service Training Certification during her tenure with Fleet Bank. Prior to banking, Yovanka gained valuable business and management experience as a certified travel agent, legal secretary and Court Clerk.
Yovanka is the Company’s first point of contact for clients on all accounting matters. She maintains all records and other information regarding the company’s accounts with our clients and vendors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
