Marcos brings over 20 years of experience to AGB Services, including tenures as Senior Operations Manager with All Time Services, a Press Operator Supervisor with Janitech, and a Flooring Installation Specialist with PAC Flooring. His professional values are ones that AGB Services shares: teamwork, customer service, preparation, and the ability to make decisions under pressure while keeping a close eye on detail and budget performance.
During his eight-year tenure as Senior Operations Manager, Marcos managed over 300 associates across New England. He was responsible for all staffing and hiring, payroll, diversity program implementation, and human resource support for over 10 million square feet of managed property. In addition to senior project and portfolio management roles, Marcos contributed to the developing the company’s strategic partnerships with other aligned companies, and was responsible for certain aspects of day-to-day operations.
Marcos is certified as a Green Clean Technician and Green Clean Manager by the Green Clean Institute.
