Juan brings over 20 years of sales and operations experience to his role as Operations Manager and Sales. As a LEED Green Associate, Juan works with clients to customize environmentally responsible commercial cleaning plans for clients. Juan was previously a Sales Manager for Sears Roebuck and Pep Boys Corporations, two of the largest US retail chains, and Account Lead/Account Coordinator for Xerox Corporations.
Juan has received numerous awards for his abilities not only to sell, but service clients and build long lasting relationships. Juan has earned the following certifications as well: Management Awareness Program, Customer First Program, Lean Six Sigma – Yellow Belt, and Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt. Juan is certified by the Green Clean Institute as a Green Clean Technician and Green Clean Manager.
